摘　　要：面瘫是神经内科、针灸科常见临床疾病,该病好发于中老年人且随疾病发展日趋年轻化,严重影响患者的身心健康及生活质量。针灸疗法作为中医临床治疗面瘫的常见疗法,具有操作简单、疗效确切等优点。本文章对针灸疗法治疗面瘫进行综述,优化针灸治疗处方、提高疗效。以期为以后的临床治疗提供参考。Facial paralysis is a common clinical disease in neurology and acupuncture departments. The disease often occurs in middle-aged and elderly people and becomes younger with the development of the disease, which seriously affects patients’ physical and mental health and quality of life. Acupuncture therapy, as a common treatment for facial paralysis in traditional Chinese medicine, has the advantages of simple operation and definite curative effect. This article summarizes the acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis, optimizes the acupuncture treatment prescription and improves the curative effect in order to provide reference for future clinical treatment.
