摘　　要：本文通过分析中医药对无形之痰的认识及其与髓毒劳的关系,从无形之痰的角度对髓毒劳的发病和治疗进行了新的探索性阐释,认为无形之痰与髓毒劳的关系密切,在髓毒劳的发生和发展过程中无形之痰都有着重要的影响,并从脾胃这一生痰之源,肾脏这一生痰之根以及活血利湿、养精扶正的角度为髓毒劳的临床治疗探讨了新的思路和方法。This article provides a new exploratory interpretation of the pathogenesis and treatment of myelotoxic labor from the perspective of intangible phlegm, by analyzing the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on phlegm as a pathogenic factor and the relationship between phlegm and myelotoxic labor. It is believed that the relationship between intangible phlegm and myelotoxic labor is close, and intangible phlegm has an important impact on the occurrence and development of myelotoxic labor. From the perspectives of spleen and stomach as the source of phlegm, kidney as the root of phlegm, and promoting blood circulation, eliminating dampness, nourishing essence and supporting the body, new ideas and methods are explored for the clinical treatment of myelotoxic labor.
