中西医结合治疗糖尿病足溃疡研究进展

摘　　要：随着经济的飞速发展,人们的生活习惯也发生了改变,人们习惯于静坐、高热量、高脂食物等,体重超标的人群越来越多,糖尿病发病率也随之升高。糖尿病是一种以高血糖为主要表现的代谢疾病,其主要表现为胰岛素分泌降低或出现胰岛素抵抗,从而导致一系列的代谢综合征。根据国际糖尿病联合会的资料,目前全世界有5.37亿人罹患糖尿病,这一数字在过去五年中以1.2%的速度增长,大约占世界人口的10%。预计到2045年,患糖尿病的人将达到7.83亿人。然而,中国18岁及以上的糖尿病(WHO)发病率高达11.2%。一些糖尿病病人由于长期低血糖,在糖毒性作用下,外周神经受损,下肢微循环受损,从而形成了糖尿病足(DF)。糖尿病引起的并发症使其死亡率上升,严重者可出现失明、截肢和其他心脑血管疾病。可采用相应的药物来控制血糖,其次要妥善进行清创等抗感染治疗。现对此病的中西医结合治疗综述如下。With the rapid development of the economy, people’s living habits have also changed. People are accustomed to sitting still, high calories, high-fat food, etc. More and more people are overweight, and the incidence rate of diabetes has also increased. Diabetes is a metabolic disease with hyperglycemia as its main manifestation. Its main manifestation is the reduction of insulin secretion or insulin resistance, which leads to a series of metabolic syndrome. According to the International diabetes Federation, 537 million people in the world are suffering from diabetes at present, which has increased by 1.2% in the past five years, accounting for about 10% of the world’s population. It is estimated that 783 million people will suffer from diabetes by 2045. However, the incidence rate of diabetes (WHO) in China aged 18 years and over is as high as 11.2%.
