摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是常见的女性生殖内分泌代谢疾病,育龄期PCOS女性多因排卵障碍所致不孕就诊。通过中医传承服务平台采集病历、整理病历,并拜访请教老师、阅读妇科各家经典著作及古籍文献归纳总结得出,朱鸿秋教授临床治疗以补肾为主,辨证辅以养心、疏肝、健脾、化痰、活血以促精卵生长及排出,重视经后期及氤氲期的治疗,擅长身心同治,强调孕前代谢评估、中西医结合治疗的重要性,以求病症结合,精准施治,科学助孕。Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine and metabolic disease in women of childbearing age. Women of reproductive age with PCOS often see a doctor because of infertility caused by difficulty in egg production. By collecting and sorting medical records through the TCM inheritance service platform, asking teachers, reading gynecological classics and summarizing ancient books, conclusions can be drawn that Professor Zhu Hongqiu’s clinical treatment mainly focuses on invigorating the kidney, nourishing the heart, soothing the liver, strengthening the spleen, eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation to promote the growth and excretion of sperm and egg. Professor Zhu Hongqiu also attaches great importance to the treatment of the late menstrual period and ovulation period, and is good at the same treatment of body and mind, emphasizing the importance of pre-pregnancy metabolic assessment and integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to combine diseases, accurate treatment, and scientific assistance in pregnancy.
