《金针赋》中“飞经走气”针法的临床研究进展

摘　　要：《针灸大全》中《金针赋》专题论述了刺法。内有“爪而切之,下针之法;摇而退之,出针之法;动而进之,催气之法;循而摄之,行气之法”。其中重点介绍了治病八法,包括烧山火、透天凉、阳中隐阴、阴中隐阳、子午捣臼、进气之诀、留气之诀和抽添之诀。此外,对于“飞经走气”针法包括“青龙摆尾”“白虎摇头”“苍龟探穴”“赤凤迎源”等手法也作了具体的阐述。本研究通过查阅文献,对“飞经走气”针法进行深入探寻,将近几年“飞经走气”针法治疗相关疾病的临床运用和研究进展进行总结,以期为临床应用“飞经走气”针法治疗相关疾病提供参考依据。The acupuncture method is discussed in “Gold Needle Fu” in the book of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. There are “claws and cut, under the needle method;Shake and retreat, out of the needle method;the method of moving and advancing, encouraging qi;follow it and practice the law of Qi.” Among them, the eight methods of curing diseases are introduced, including burning mountain fire, cooling through the sky, hiding Yin in Yang, hiding Yang in Yin, stamping the meridian, the formula of air intake, the formula of air retention and the formula of pumping. In addition, the needles of “Feijing Zouqi” including “Qinglong Baiwei”, “Baihu Yaotou”, “Canggui Tanxue” and “Chifeng Yingyuan” are also elaborated. Through literature review, this study conducted an in-depth exploration of the “Feijing Zouqi” acupuncture method, and summarized the clinical application and research progress of the “Feijing Zouqi” acupuncture method in the treatment of related diseases in recent years, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of “Feijing Zouqi” acupuncture method in the treatment of related diseases.
