摘　　要：目的:分析2000~2023年中医疗法治疗神经源性膀胱的研究现状与趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法:采用国内知网、维普、万方数据库收录的中医疗法治疗神经源性膀胱相关文献,导入VOSviewer1.6.18、CiteSpace6.2.R6、SPSS Modeler 18.0与SPSS Statistics 25软件,对作者、机构、中药、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:纳入文献670篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势;主要发表于《中国针灸》(26篇)、《中医临床研究》(20篇)等期刊;核心作者25位,湖南中医药大学是该领域中发文数量最多的单位,达到24篇。频次较高的中药包括茯苓、泽泻、黄芪等。中药关联规则与聚类分析得到六味地黄丸、金匮肾气丸等处方。高频关键词有糖尿病、脊髓损伤、电针等;形成10个聚类。结论:针灸对神经功能的调节作用及对骶上脊髓损伤大鼠的机制研究、中药药理学研究、针药结合机制研究、电刺激结合中医疗法可能是未来的研究热点及趋势。Objective: To analyze the current research status and trends of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of neurogenic bladder from 2000 to 2023, and provide reference for related research. Methods: Used literature on traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of neurogenic bladder collected from domestic databases such as CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang, and imported VOSviewer1.6.18, CiteSpace6.2.R6, SPSS Modeler 18.0, and SPSS Statistics 25 software are used to visually analyze authors, institutions, traditional Chinese medicine, and keywords. Results: 670 articles were included, and the overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend;mainly published in Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion (26 articles), Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine (20 articles) and other journals;there are 25 core authors, and Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the unit with the highest number of publications in this field, reaching 24 articles.
