摘　　要：本文为吴吉萍主任辨证论治肥胖型2型糖尿病的经验及医案浅析。吾师认为,本病主要以痰湿为病理产物,治疗应健脾化湿,清降降浊,方用二陈汤合五苓散加减方,审证求因,临床疗效佳,为后期用药提供思路。This article is a brief analysis of Director Wu Jiping’s experience and medical case in syndrome differentiation and treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus. My teacher believes that this disease is mainly based on phlegm and dampness as pathological products, and the treatment should strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, clear and reduce turbidity and evil, the prescription uses Er Chen Tang combined with Wuling San plus or minus formula, review the evidence and seek the cause, and the clinical efficacy is good, providing ideas for the later use of drugs.
