摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)是常见的临床骨科疾病,经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy, PELD)是治疗LDH的最主要微创手术方式,优势明显,但目前临床上PELD术后存在残留腰腿疼痛、麻木等症状,严重影响患者手术满意率。对于该疾病,西医治疗虽有疗效,但具有不良反应多、病情易反复、远期疗效差、治疗费用高等缺点和不足。而中医对于该疾病的病因病机认识深刻,治疗方法众多,包括中药内服,针刺治疗,外治法等丰富的手段,具有不良反应少、便捷高效等独特的优势。本文通过查阅近几年相关文献并进行总结,现将中医药在治疗LDH患者PELD术后残留症状的治疗进展进行归纳总结,旨在为该疾病临床治疗方案的选择提供参考依据。Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH) is a common clinical orthopedic disease. Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) is the most important minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of LDH, with obvious advantages. However, there are residual symptoms such as low back and leg pain and numbness after PELD, which seriously affects the satisfaction rate of patients. For the disease, although Western medicine treatment has curative effect, it has many disadvantages and deficiencies, such as many adverse reactions, easy recurrence of the disease, poor long-term efficacy, and high treatment costs. Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and there are many treatment methods, including oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture treatment, external treatment and other rich means, which have unique advantages such as less adverse reactions, convenience and high efficiency.
