摘　　要：脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)是脓毒症引起的弥漫性脑功能障碍,该病发病机制复杂,临床表现多样,幸存者大多患有认知功能受损,严重影响生活质量。近年来有关西医常规治疗联合中医药治疗SAE的实验研究和临床观察持续增多,本文聚焦于SAE中西医发病机制,从中西医临床治疗方面展开研究,旨在为临床诊疗工作提供新思路。Sepsis-associated encephalopathy (SAE) is a diffuse brain dysfunction caused by sepsis. The pathogenesis of this disease is complex, and its clinical manifestations are diverse. Most survivors suffer from cognitive impairment, which seriously affects their quality of life. In recent years, experimental studies and clinical observations on the treatment of SAE with a combination of conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have been increasing continuously. This article focuses on the pathogenesis of SAE from both traditional Chinese and Western medicine perspectives and conducts research on the clinical treatment of SAE in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, aiming to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
