摘 要:肝星状细胞(Hepatic stellate cells, HSCs)是一种肝脏内的间充质细胞,其活化是肝纤维化发生的关键环节。随着中医药研究的深入,对其作用于人体的机制进一步剖析,发现中医药可从细胞学水平和分子水平层面上,调控肝星状细胞的各类细胞信息因子的传递。近年来,医药通过多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点,在调控HSCs活化方面展现出独特优势。本文总结了中医药(单味药、复方及活性成分)通过干预部分通路调控HSCs活化的分子机制,并探讨其临床应用潜力与未来研究方向。Hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) are a type of mesenchymal cell within the liver, and their activation plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. As research into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has advanced, it has become evident that TCM can modulate the transmission of various cellular signaling factors in HSCs at both the cytological and molecular levels. In recent years, TCM has demonstrated unique advantages in regulating HSC activation through its multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway characteristics. This review examines the molecular mechanisms by which TCM (including single herbs, compound formulas, and active ingredients) regulates HSC activation via specific pathways, and discusses its potential clinical applications and future research directions.
