中医特色疗法在产后疼痛管理中的应用与研究进展

摘　　要：产后疼痛是产妇常见问题,传统疼痛管理方式存在副作用和局限性。中医特色疗法具有独特的理论和方法,已被广泛应用于产后疼痛管理。本文综述了针灸、穴位按摩、耳穴压豆、中药穴位贴敷等中医特色疗法在产后疼痛管理中的应用与研究进展,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Postpartum pain in pregnancy is a common maternal problem, and there are side effects and limitations in traditional pain management. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) specialty therapies have unique theories and methods and have been widely used for postpartum pain management in pregnancy. This article reviews the application and research progress of Chinese medicine characteristic therapies such as acupuncture, acupressure, auricular pressure bean, and herbal acupoint patch in the management of post-partum pain in pregnancy, with a view to providing reference for clinical treatment.
