摘　　要：中医香疗体系作为中医药体系的重要组成部分之一,在防治疾病,养生保健方面发挥着独特作用,而香薰作为中医香疗开展的重要手段之一,以其绿色天然,简便易携等优势,在当代为各阶段人群较广泛的接受。本文将在基于肯·威尔伯的整合心理学的视角下,对现代中医香疗在心理调节上的相关文献资料进行梳理总结,探讨中医香疗在当代对于情绪心理的调节作用及其机制,探索整合视域下中医香疗的“香–情–境”三维情境增强体系搭建,以期能为现代心理亚健康问题的解决提供新的思路,找到中医香疗继承发展的新方向,进一步推动中医香疗在现代生活与医疗中的应用。As one of the important parts of Chinese medicine system, Chinese medicine aromatherapy system plays a unique role in disease prevention and health care, and aromatherapy, as one of the important means of Chinese medicine aromatherapy, is widely accepted by people of all stages of life in contemporary times due to its advantages of green and natural, simple and easy to carry, and so on. In this paper, based on Ken Wilber’s perspective of integrative psychology, we will summarise the relevant literature on the psychological regulation of modern TCM aromatherapy, discuss the role of TCM aromatherapy in the regulation of emotional psychology and its mechanism in contemporary times, and explore the three-dimensional mood enhancement system of aroma-emotion-situation of TCM aromatherapy under the perspective of integration. The three-dimensional context enhancement system of Chinese medicine aromatherapy under the integrated perspective is constructed in order to provide new ideas for the solution of modern mental sub-health problems, to find a new direction for the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine aromatherapy, and to further promote the application of Chinese medicine aromatherapy in modern life and medical treatment.
