摘　　要：湿疹类皮肤病是皮肤科最常见的疾病之一,主要临床特点是红斑、丘疹、水疱、渗液或增厚、皲裂、脱屑,伴剧烈的瘙痒,甚者严重影响患者的睡眠、情绪等生活质量。耳穴是全身的五脏六腑位于双耳上的穴位缩影,耳穴压豆、割治等外治法是中医传统治疗中常用且有效的方法,简便易行。耳穴治疗湿疹类疾病在临床数据论证下是有效可行的。本文将从近年来耳穴治疗湿疹皮炎的临床经验文献,总结现有耳穴疗法治疗皮肤病的方法与选穴特点,展望未来研究方向。Eczema-like skin diseases are among the most common conditions in dermatology, characterized by clinical features such as erythema, papules, vesicles, exudation, thickening, fissures, and scaling, accompanied by intense itching. In severe cases, these symptoms can significantly impair patients’ quality of life, affecting sleep, mood, and more. Auricular points are microcosmic representations of the body’s internal organs located on the ears. External therapies such as auricular seed pressing and pricking are traditional Chinese medicine methods that are both commonly used and effective, as well as simple and convenient. Clinical data supports the efficacy and feasibility of auricular acupuncture therapy for eczema-like diseases. This article reviews recent clinical experience and literature on the treatment of eczematous dermatitis with auricular acupuncture, summarizes the current methods and characteristics of point selection in auricular therapy for skin diseases, and explores future research directions.
