摘　　要：临床上中药治疗心血管疾病疗效显著,心肌纤维化作为心血管疾病的重要病理基础,对患者生存质量及结局有着重要影响,目前中药干预治疗心肌纤维化机制治疗心血管疾病的研究颇多,其中TGF-β/Smads通路是重要的机制点之一,故而本文总结近年来中药调节TGF-β/Smads通路干预心肌纤维化治疗的相关研究成果进行总结。Myocardial fibrosis, as an important pathological basis of cardiovascular disease, has an important impact on the quality of life and outcome of patients. At present, there are many studies on the mechanism of myocardial fibrosis and cardiovascular disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine, among which TGF-β/Smads pathway is one of the important mechanisms. Therefore, this article summarizes the related research results of traditional Chinese medicine regulating TGF-β/Smads pathway in the treatment of myocardial fibrosis in recent years.
