摘　　要：先兆流产是妇产科妊娠妇女常见的疾病之一,本病属于中医学“胎漏”“胎动不安”范畴。现代医学认为其病因复杂,主要通过激素和对症处理治疗,但单纯西药疗效并不理想,且长期大量使用有一定不良反应,影响疾病的预后。经过长期的临床实践,中医保胎的方式已经逐渐形成了自己的特色,并且有研究证实了其安全性和可靠性。本文从针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴、足浴、推拿按摩、穴位埋线、五音疗法等八个临床常见的中医外治方面进行综述,以期为临床先兆流产的早期预防和治疗提供思路和参考。Threatened abortion represents a prevalent obstetric condition among pregnant women, categorized as “fetal leakage” and “restless fetal movement” within the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Modern medicine believes that the cause of the disease is complex, mainly through hormone supplementation and symptomatic treatment, but the efficacy of western medicine alone is not ideal, and long-term heavy use of certain adverse reactions, affecting the prognosis of the disease. After long-term clinical practice, the way of traditional Chinese medicine to protect the fetus has gradually formed its own characteristics, and there are studies to confirm its safety and reliability. In this paper, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint application, auricular point, foot bath, massage, acupoint embedding, five-tone therapy and other eight common clinical external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed, in order to provide ideas and references for the early prevention and treatment of clinical threatened abortion.
