摘　　要：“六经为川,肠胃为海”出自《黄帝内经》,其基于中医学整体观念,运用取象比类的方法,阐释了“六经”与“肠胃”在生理上彼此依存、病理上相互影响,书中对此有大量条文加以论证。现代医学研究发现针灸治疗以刺激各经络穴位为手段,通过调节神经内分泌系统功能、肠道菌群等机制,进而实现改善胃肠道功能、治疗胃肠道疾病,是对这一理论的进一步印证。本文尝试从内经中“六经”与“肠胃”之间的关系入手,解释针灸治疗胃肠道疾病的机理,并简要总结其治疗规律。“The Six Meridians are the river, and gastrointestinal system are the sea” comes from the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon. Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine, it uses the method of analogy and comparison to explain the physiological interdependence and pathological influence between the “the Six Meridians” and “gastrointestinal system”. The book has a large number of articles to discuss and prove this. Modern medical research has found that acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can improve gastrointestinal function and treat gastrointestinal diseases by stimulating various meridian points and regulating the function of neuroendocrine system, intestinal flora and other mechanisms, which is further evidence of this theory. This article attempts to explain the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases from the relationship between the Six Meridians and the gastrointestinal system in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, and briefly summarizes its treatment rules.
