耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗失眠患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:从2024年1月~2024年8月我院收治的120例符合失眠诊断标准患者作为研究重点人群,数字表法随机分为4组:耳部全息刮痧治疗组30例、耳穴贴压治疗组30例、耳部全息刮痧结合耳穴贴压治疗组30例,以及药物治疗对照组30例,比较四组入睡时间、睡眠时长、睡眠质量、焦虑评分。结果:入睡时间比较,耳部全息刮痧结合耳穴贴压治疗组 P 耳部全息刮痧治疗组 > 耳穴贴压治疗组 > 对照组,差异具备显著性(P P P Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ear holographic scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing in insomnia patients. Methods: from January 2024 to August 2024 in our hospital admitted 120 patients with insomnia diagnosis criteria as a key population, digital table method is randomly divided into 4 groups: ear holographic scrapping treatment group 30 cases, ear pressure treatment group 30 cases, ear holographic scrapping combined with ear pressure treatment group 30 cases, and drug treatment control group 30 cases, compare four groups of sleep time, sleep duration, sleep quality, anxiety score. Results: Compof time time, Ear holographic scraping combined with ear pressing pressing treatment group P ear holographic scraping treatment group > ear pressure treatment group > control group, The difference was significant (P P P < 0.05). Conclusion: The ear holographic scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing treatment can effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients and prolong the sleep time, which is worth promoting.
