摘　　要：老旧小区改造工程是一项增进民众福祉的关键举措。为了提升改造工程进行中的居民安全感,在系统性地调查老旧小区改造对居民安全感的具体影响的基础上,本文构建了影响因素框架,并综合利用Fuzzy-DEMATEL等方法分析了各影响因素之间错综复杂的因果逻辑与相互依赖关系。研究成果可以为进一步增强老旧小区改造效率提供参考。The renovation project of old communities is a key measure to enhance public welfare. In this paper, to improve the sense of security among residents during the renovation project, a framework of influencing factors was constructed based on a systematic investigation into the specific impacts of old community renovation on residents’ sense of security. The Fuzzy-DEMATEL and other methods were comprehensively utilized to analyze the complex causal logic and interdependencies among various influencing factors. The research findings can provide references for further enhancing the efficiency of old community renovation.
