城市更新理念下的绿化特色街区设计策略研究——以上海市浦江镇为例

摘　　要：近年来,为加快建设令人向往的生态之城,提供更多优质生态公共产品,满足人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要,上海绿化行业把城市绿色空间更新提升与“四化”目标有效融合,结合绿化特色街区创建,营造出精致、精细、精美的“四化”景观,作为提升本市绿化品质的主要策略。本文以上海市浦江镇的绿化特色街区的创建项目为例,对项目地现状进行了分析,提出了存在的问题,阐述了绿化特色街区的设计策略、功能定位以及设计方案,以期为今后的绿化特色街区建设工作提供参考和借鉴。In recent years, to accelerate the construction of an ecologically desirable city and provide more high-quality ecological public products to meet the growing needs of people’s better lives, Shanghai’s greening industry has effectively integrated the renewal and enhancement of urban green spaces with the “Four Transformations” goals. By creating green-themed streets, the industry has developed exquisite, meticulous, and beautiful “Four Transformations” landscapes as the main strategy to improve the city’s greening quality. Using the creation project of the green-themed street area in Pujiang Town, Shanghai as an example, this article analyzes the current situation of the project site, identifies existing problems, and elaborates on the design strategies, functional positioning, and design schemes of the green-themed street area. It aims to provide a reference and guidance for the future construction of green-themed street areas.
