浅谈高校专职辅导员思想政治教育方法的困难及解决方法

摘　　要：当前高校辅导员在思想政治教育工作中存在一系列问题,包括教学方式落后、吸引力不足,事前不干预、事后难作为,作用模糊、管理泛化等。为了提高高校辅导员工作方法的艺术性,应该加强学习和训练,提高其专业能力;辅导员工作应坚持原则,重视思政教学方法,采取灵活多样的教育方式;充分发挥网络文化阵地的作用,利用在线平台加强与学生的交流和沟通。通过这些改进措施,可以确保高校辅导员的工作更加艺术化,以提高大学生的思想政治教育效果。At present, there are a series of problems in the ideological and political education work of college counselors, including backward teaching methods, insufficient attraction, non-intervention beforehand, difficult to act afterward, blurred roles, generalized management and so on. In order to improve the artistry of college counselors’ working methods, they should strengthen their study and training to improve their professional ability;counselors should adhere to principles in their work, pay attention to the teaching methods of ideological and political education, and adopt flexible and diverse educational methods;give full play to the role of network cultural positions, and use online platforms to strengthen exchanges and communication with students. Through these improvement measures, we can ensure that the work of college counselors is more artistic in order to improve the effect of ideological and political education of college students.
