摘  要:目的:调查医疗岗位任职教育培训人员对消毒基本知识的掌握程度,为相关教学培训和宣教服务提供理论依据。方法:设计调查问卷,组织任职教育培训人员集中填写,现场回收问卷,整理所有数据录入SPSS 25.0 建立原始数据库,并进行描述统计学分析。结果:共发放问卷275份,其中有效问卷268份,占97.5%。本次调查培训人员性别比例(男:女)为1:1.06,平均年龄(33.0 ± 5.0)岁,平均工作时间(6.3 ± 4.9)年。根据调查结果显示,关于常用物理消毒方法,煮沸消毒知晓率为91.8%,紫外线辐照消毒知晓率为85.8%,日光暴晒知晓率为82.1%;对于其它物理消毒方法,自然通风知晓率为67.5%,巴斯德消毒知晓率较低,为30.2%,电离辐射消毒知晓率为1.9%。关于常用化学消毒方法,84消毒液知晓率为96.6%,碘伏消毒知晓率为93.3%,酒精消毒知晓率为91.4%;对于其它化学消毒方法,臭氧消毒器知晓率为49.5%,肥皂刷洗知晓率为40.7%。关于消毒应用场景调查,显示部分学员错误的认为可以用酒精(7.8%, 21/268)和戊二醛(7.5%, 20/268)进行空气消毒,而且错误认为酒精(10.1%, 27/268)、季铵盐类消毒剂(0.7%, 2/268)和含碘消毒剂(0.4%, 1/268)不能用于金属物体表面消毒。结论:医疗岗位任职教育培训人员对消毒方法的基本知识掌握程度尚欠缺,科学消毒的方法需要加强,提示要加强相关知识的宣教,并在即将开展的预防医学本科生消毒学课程中,加强基本知识的讲解。Objective: To investigate the basic knowledge of disinfection of medical post education and training personnel, and to provide theoretical a theoretical basis for related teaching and training and missionary services. Methods: A questionnaire was designed, and the in-service education and training personnel were organized to fill it in, and the questionnaire was collected on the spot. After sorting out all the data, the original database was established by SPSS 25.0, and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out. Results: A total of 275 questionnaires were distributed, of which 268 were effective, accounting for 97.5%. The sex ratio of the students in this survey is 1: 1.06, the average age is (33.0 ± 5.0) years and an average working time is (6.3 ± 4.9) years. According to the survey results, the awareness rate of common physical disinfection methods is 91.8%, the awareness rate of ultraviolet radiation disinfection is 85.8%, and the awareness rate of solar exposure is 82.1%. For other physical disinfection methods, the awareness rate of natural ventilation, pasteurization and ionizing radiation disinfection is 67.5%, 30.2% and 1.9%, respectively. As for the commonly used chemical disinfection methods, the awareness rate of 84 Disinfectant is 96.6%, that of iodophor disinfection is 93.3%, and that of alcohol disinfection is 91.4%. For other chemical disinfection methods, the awareness rate of ozone disinfector is 49.5%, and the awareness rate of soap scrubbing is 40.7%. Investigation on disinfection application scenarios shows that some students mistakenly believe that alcohol (7.8%, 21/268) and glutaraldehyde (7.5%, 20/268) can be used for air disinfection, and mistakenly believe that alcohol (10.1%, 27/268), quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants (0.7%, 2/268) and iodine-containing disinfectants. Conclusion: The basic knowledge of medical post education and training personnel on disinfection methods is still lacking, and scientific disinfection methods need to be strengthened.
