济宁市红色文化融入大学生“三下乡”社会实践育人工作的探索

摘　　要：“三下乡”即科技下乡、卫生下乡、文化下乡,是为满足广大农民的精神文化需求、推动农村社会发展、改良农村社会风气而开展的一项惠农工程。对于医学生而言,通过参加“三下乡”社会实践,发挥其专业优势,服务于乡村振兴战略,助力健康乡村的建设,同时培养他们自身的实践能力和创造能力,提高社会责任感,从而达到立德树人的目的。文章要探讨的主题是,在新时代背景下,医学生“三下乡”社会实践中如何融入地方红色文化,传承红色基因,促进医学生综合素质提升,培养国家战略、社会发展需要的医疗卫生人才。“Three Rural Areas” refers to the promotion of science and technology, health, and culture to the countryside. It is a beneficial agricultural project carried out to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers, promote rural social development, and improve rural social atmosphere. For medical students, by participating in the “Three Rural Areas” social practice, they can leverage their professional advantages to serve the rural revitalization strategy, assist in the construction of healthy rural areas, cultivate their own practical and creative abilities, enhance their sense of social responsibility, and ultimately achieve the goal of moral education. The theme of this article is to explore how medical students can integrate into local red culture, inherit red genes, promote the comprehensive quality improvement of medical students, and cultivate medical and health talents needed for national strategy and social development in the context of the new era.
