摘 要:听课环节是促进教师自身成长、提升课堂育人成效的重要一环,在各层次学校中被广泛应用。针对不同教师同上一门课程的情况,如何利用听课进行课后反馈与提升,是利用好这一重要环节的关键所在。本文在大量跟班听课的实践基础上,从听课后的问题出发,探讨在授课过程中出现重要知识点和典型案例交叉重叠的情况时,可以在集体备课时采取合理编排及深挖应用的策略,进而实现以听促教这一作用的发挥。Attending class is an important part of promoting teachers’ personal growth and enhancing the effectiveness of education, which is widely adopted in schools at all levels. The key to making good use of this method, especially for those lessons taught jointly by multiple teachers, is how to use listening to provide post-class feedback. This article, based on extensive practice of attending classes, discussed a strategy of reasonable arrangement and deep application during collective lesson preparation when important knowledge points and typical cases overlap during the teaching process. Through this strategy, we hope to achieve the effect of listening promotes teaching.
