国际碳排放交易市场及我国的对策分析

摘　　要：本文通过介绍近期国内外发展碳排放交易市场的历程,揭示出其发展中所存在的问题,借鉴欧美国家成功建立碳排放交易市场的经验,为努力完善国内统一的碳排放交易市场体系提出建议。针对我国的国情,为改变我国在全球碳排放交易市场的不利位置,本文也粗略地介绍了我国在碳排放交易市场应采用何种对策,以适应不断变化的碳排放交易市场。This paper describes the history of China’s carbon emission trading market development, and re-veals its problems existing. Then it analyzes experiences of the successful establishment of the European and American carbon emission trading market, to make suggestions for completing uni-fied carbon emission trading market in China. At last, in view of China’s national conditions, this paper recommends the countermeasures adopted to fit the changing carbon emission trading market.
