摘　　要：政府政策包括政治、经济、文化等政策,本文深度剖析政府的经济政策,用地区经济政策开放度及教育支持度等界定,建立政府政策对中国各地区OFDI逆向技术溢出与企业创新关系的调节效应研究模型,使用2005~2013年中国各省(直辖市)的面板数据,通过检验政策开发与教育支持对OFDI的反向技术溢出效应带来的企业创新关系,借此提出相应建议,以期对提高企业创新能力有所帮助。Government policies include political, economic, and cultural policies. This article analyzes govern-ment economic policies in depth, and uses regional economic policy openness and educational sup-port to define the relationship between government policies and the OFDI reverse technology spill-overs and corporate innovation in various regions of China Regulatory effect research model. By us-ing panel data from 2005 to 2013 in China’s provinces (municipalities), by examining policy devel-opment and education support for the relationship of corporate innovation brought about by the reverse technological spillover effect of OFDI, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve corporate innovation.
