宁波市低收入家庭生活水平现状及提升对策研究

摘　　要：2021年,我国实现第一个百年目标,全面脱贫,但全国各地的低收入家庭仍需要被持续关注。本文以宁波市为例,研究低收入家庭成因及生活现状,并从保持经济增长;鼓励自主创业;拓宽就业渠道,加强就业体系建设;加大教育投资,加强就业指导和培训;完善收入分配制度和社会保障制度方面提出了提升对策。In 2021, China will achieve its first centenary goal of alleviating poverty in an all-round way, but low-income families across the country still need continuous attention. Taking Ningbo City as an example, this paper studies the causes and living conditions of low-income families from maintain-ing economic growth, encouraging self-employment, broadening employment channels, strength-ening the construction of the employment system;increasing investment in education, strengthen-ing employment guidance and training;improving the income distribution system and social secu-rity system to improve countermeasures.
