数字经济赋能县域经济高质量发展机制与路径研究——以石家庄市为例

摘　　要：本文基于数字经济赋能县域经济发展的作用机制,首先构建了数字经济助推县域经济高质量发展的固定效应模型;其次利用实证分析法对石家庄市14个县市的数字经济发展水平进行了对比分析,发现数字经济对县域经济发展有显著促进作用,同时数字产业的规模、结构、品牌及政策等与县域经济发展存在正相关关系;最后以石家庄为例提出了数字经济助力县域经济发展的路径。Based on the mechanism of thedigital economy enabling county economic development, this paper firstly constructs a fixed effect model of digital economy boosting county economic development of high quality. Secondly, using the empirical analysis method to compare and analyze the development level of digital economy in 14 counties and cities in Shijiazhuang city, it is found that digital economy has a significant promotion effect on county economic development. At the same time, the scale, structure, brand and policy of digital industry are positively correlated with the development of county economy. Finally, taking Shijiazhuang as an example, the paper puts forward the path that digital economy can help the development of county economy.
