摘　　要：2012年党的十八大以来,我国进入新时代。此后国家领导人围绕“家庭、家教和家风建设”发表了一系重列要论述。其中女性在家庭建设中必然发挥着重要的作用。而女性家庭决策赋权程度作为衡量女性家庭地位的标志性指标,其研究将具有重要的现实意义。本文即围绕新时代女性家庭决策赋权及其家庭经济贡献度展开探讨,首先梳理了保障我国女性家庭决策赋权的法律和政策文件,接着简要回顾了女性家庭决策赋权的研究进展,然后运用问卷调查法于2020年7月、2023年8月在北京、湖南、陕西和甘肃四省面向已婚女性发放并回收587份问卷,分析女性家庭决策赋权的现状和女性家庭经济贡献度的现状,指出家庭经济贡献度包括显性和隐性两部分,进一步运用卡方分析探讨了我国女性家庭决策赋权与其家庭经济显性贡献度及隐性贡献度的关系,并且提出相应的对策建议。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, China has entered a new era. Afterwards, national leaders issued a series of important statements on “family, upbringing, and family ethics construction”. Women inevitably play an important role in family building. The degree of empowerment in female family decision-making, as a landmark indicator for measuring women’s family status, will have important practical significance in research. This article explores the empowerment of women in family decision-making and their contribution to family economy in the new era. Firstly, it reviews the legal and policy documents that ensure the empowerment of women in family decision-making in China. Then, it briefly reviews the research progress on women’s family decision-making empowerment. Using a questionnaire survey method, 587 questionnaires were distributed and collected from married women in Beijing, Hunan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces in July 2020 and August 2023.
