摘 要:经济的深入发展促使产业集群现象急剧增多,产业集群对地区经济发展的重要性也日益凸显。为了更好地推进农业现代化,提高农业经济发展水平,形成农业产业集群已成必然趋势。本文以河南省特色农业为研究对象,选取小麦产业进行产业集群竞争力评价分析。本文借助AHP层次分析法对指标权重进行赋值并使用GEM模型计算得出河南省小麦产业集群竞争力得分为551.91分,表明河南省小麦产业集群程度远高于全国平均水平,但没有在国内形成较大的产业集群高地。随后,针对评价过程中发现的问题,本文提出了相关针对性意见,力求提高河南省特色农业产业竞争力,改善农民生活水平。The in-depth development of the economy has significantly increased the prevalence of industrial clusters, highlighting their critical role in regional economic development. To promote the modernization of agriculture and elevate agricultural economic development, the formation of agricultural clusters is becoming increasingly essential. This paper focuses on the characteristic agriculture of Henan Province, specifically analyzing the competitiveness of the wheat industry cluster. Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assign weights to various indicators, along with the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) model for calculations, this study finds that the competitiveness of the wheat industry cluster in Henan Province scored 551.91 points, surpassing the national average. However, it has not yet established itself as a major industrial cluster hub within the country. Consequently, based on the challenges identified during the evaluation, this paper presents targeted recommendations aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Henan Province’s specialty agricultural industry and improving the living standards of farmers.
