絮凝法去除玉米淀粉废水COD条件的研究

摘  要:玉米淀粉是一种重要工业原料,但生产过程会产生大量废水,为减小对环境的污染,需要对玉米淀粉废水进行处理,以使水质能够达到排放标准。本文研究了絮凝法对玉米淀粉废水COD去除的条件,如:絮凝剂的种类、助凝剂类型、合适的水溶液pH以及絮体的沉降时间。通过多次实验结果,可以看出聚合硫酸铁作絮凝剂投加1000 ppm,阴离子聚丙烯酰胺做助凝剂投加1 ppm,水溶液pH值控制在6~8,沉降时间在30 min左右时较为合适,有较高的经济适用性。Corn starch is an important industrial raw material, but the production process will produce a lot of wastewater, in order to reduce the environmental pollution, it is necessary to treat the wastewater of corn starch, so that the water quality can meet the discharge standard. This paper studies the conditions of COD removal of corn starch wastewater by flocculation, such as the types of flocculants, the types of coagulant AIDS, the appropriate pH of aqueous solution and the sedimentation time of flocculates. Through many experimental results, it can be seen that 1000 ppm of polyferric sulfate is used as flocculant, 1 ppm of anionic polyacrylamide is used as coagulant, pH value of the aqueous solution is controlled at 6~8, and the sedimentation time is about 30 min. It is more appropriate and has high economic applicability.
