青海省市县一体化气象服务产品书签设计与实现

摘　　要：按照气象服务“集约化、规范化、标准化”的理念,在省市县一体化气象服务业务平台中设计服务产品的自动化生成功能,制定丰富的产品书签,实现省市县气象服务产品自动、高效、准确、及时发布。结果表明:书签的设计实现了气象服务产品内容的自动化生成,并在WORD和TXT产品模板编辑环境中应用,减少了气象服务产品制作的工作量,同时也提高了气象信息的准确性和统一性,为拓展气象服务领域和研发新产品提供有力支撑。并广泛应用于省、市、县三级气象服务产品,服务领域涉及公众、决策、专业和影视气象服务,极大提高了产品制作效率。According to the concept of “intensification, canonicalization and standardization”, the automatic generation function of service products is designed in the provincial, municipal and county integrated meteorological service business platform, rich bookmarks are formulated to realize the automatic, efficient, accurate and timely release of meteorological service products. The results show that the bookmarks realizes the automatic generation of meteorological service products, it is applied in the WORD and TXT template editing environment, which reduces the workload of production, improves the accuracy and unity of meteorological information, and provides strong support for expanding the field of meteorological services and developing new products. It is widely used in provincial, municipal and county meteorological service products. The service field involves public, decision-making, professional and film and television meteorological services, which greatly improves the production efficiency of products.
