摘 要:目的:通过智能厨房概念,技术与应用市场的梳理,结合老龄化的问题,提出智能厨房在老龄化的趋势下应关注并改善的设计要点。方法:通过国内外相关论文的研究现状,并调研了国内外智能厨房产品的设计理念以及现有出售的智能厨房产品,同时对老年人行为特征和心理特征进行了归纳并对厨房使用场景进行了观察。结果:发现了目前智能厨房产品理论层面的不足之处以及在老龄化问题下智能厨房产品的不完善之处。结论:提出了目前智能厨房产品在老龄化的趋势下应关注并提升的设计要素,同时就老年人的心理健康和厨房使用舒适性提出了自己的一些见解。Objective: Through the combing of the concept, technology and application market of smart kitchen, combined with the problem of aging, the design points that should be paid attention to and improved in smart kitchen under the trend of aging are proposed. Methods: Through the research status of relevant papers at home and abroad, the design concept of smart kitchen products at home and abroad was investigated, and the behavioral characteristics of the elderly were summarized and the kitchen usage scenarios were observed. Results: The shortcomings of the current smart kitchen products at the theoretical level and the smart kitchen products under the aging problem were found imperfections. The conclusion puts forward the design elements that should be paid attention to and improved under the current trend of aging of smart kitchen products, and puts forward some insights on the mental health of the elderly and the comfort of kitchen use.
