景观及展览空间设计研究——以济南经四路电视机厂改造设计为例

摘　　要：虽然随着时代的发展、城市的迭代,但是有些地方仍然散发着经久不衰的气息,经四路作为济南老城区便是其中之一,记录着经四路上的老济南人的历史印记。正是基于对历史文化的传承与现代生活相融合的理念,本次改造设计的经四路419号原为老电视机厂房,将通过展览的形式唤醒人们的情感记忆,同时针对目前受其附近小区居民以及更多的受众群体对于景观区域需求,将经四路历史文化引用到地域之中。电视机展览馆设计,演绎着电视机历程演变的脉络,直观向人们传达情感以此向伟人致敬同时又能感受到当今时代的蓬勃发展。景观设计通过实地调研,场地测量,资料查询等方式,对于空间设计如何与情感记忆产生共振,让其能够被更广泛人群所利用,增强内外沟通。With the development of the times and the iteration of the city, some places still exude an enduring atmosphere. Jingsi Road, as one of the old urban areas of Jinan, records the historical imprint of the old Jinan people on Jingsi Road. It is based on the concept of the integration of historical and cultural heritage and modern life. The 419 Jingsi Road designed in this transformation was originally an old TV factory building. It will awaken people’s emotional memory through the form of exhibitions. At the same time, it is currently affected by the nearby community residents and more audiences. For the needs of the landscape area, the historical culture of Jingsi Road will be cited into the region. The design of the TV exhibition hall interprets the context of the evolution of the TV set, and intuitively conveys emotions to people in order to pay tribute to the great man while feeling the vigorous development of the current era. Landscape design, through field investigation, site survey, information inquiry and other ways, has a resonance with emotional memory for space design, so that it can be used by a wider range of people, and enhance internal and external communication.
