基于触媒理论的城市微空间更新设计研究——以修文河畔中心龙场街道为例

摘  要:后疫情时代下,我国城镇化发展处于城市复兴与城市更新双重并行的轨道之上,由于城市化进程不断推进,原有的街道设计难以适应现代城市生活,改造工作往往“牵一发而动全身”,成为城市更新工作中的“痛点难点”。本文以阳明心学开源之地修文县龙场街道为例,探讨城市触媒视角下街道微空间更新设计实施路径。在保护街道整体风貌的前提下,提出微观层面——街巷改造、中观层面——建筑空间虚实结合、宏观层面——街道风貌重构的微更新策略,以提升空间利用效率,提高居民生活品质,以期为全国老旧街道的微空间更新设计提供参考和启示。In the post-epidemic era, China’s urbanization development is on the dual parallel track of urban revival and urban renewal. Due to the continuous advancement of urbanization, the original street design is difficult to adapt to modern urban life, and the transformation work often “affects the whole body” and becomes a “pain point and difficulty” in urban renewal work. Taking Longchang Street in Xiuwen County, the open source place of Yangming’s mind, as an example, this paper discusses the implementation path of street micro-space renewal design from the perspective of urban catalyst. Under the premise of protecting the overall style of the street, we propose micro-renewal strategies for micro-level—street reconstruction, me-so-level—combination of virtual and real spaces in architectural spaces, and macro-level—reconstruction of street style, in order to improve space utilization efficiency and residents' quality of life, hoping to provide reference and inspiration for the micro-spatial renewal design of old streets in China.
