温血马前肢两例肿物的病理学观察和诊断

摘　　要：马术业的马匹健康离不开马兽医对马属动物疾病的临床诊断和悉心护理。兽医临床关于马属动物的病例报道相对较少,尤其关于马属动物罹患肿瘤的病理学观察和诊断鲜有报道。我们收集了两例临床温血马前肢肿物,样品分别取自前肢腿部和蹄部皮肤。我们对肿物进行详实的组织病理学观察和诊断,两例肿物分别为纤维瘤和鳞状细胞癌。马术业的蓬勃发展需要经验丰富的临床马兽医,马属动物肢蹄部的日常护理更是重要环节。及时发现动物肢蹄部皮肤表面的肿物,早诊断早治疗,为后续采取合理措施和良好预后,避免经济损失提供重要保障。此两例病理学观察和诊断报道也为马兽医的临床诊断和护理提供重要的依据。The health of equine cannot beseparated from the equine veterinarian's clinical diagnosis and careful nursingof equine diseases. In veterinary clinic, there are relatively few reports onequine cases, especially on the pathological observation and diagnosis ofequine tumors. Two cases of clinical warm blood horse forelimb tumors werecollected, which were taken from the skin of forelimb leg and hoof,respectively. Histopathological observation and diagnosis of the tumors weremade. They were fibroma and squamous cell carcinoma. The development of the horseindustry is inseparable from the prevention and treatment of equine diseases,and the daily care of animal limbs and hoofs is an important part. Timelydetection of the tumor on the surface of animal skin, early diagnosis and earlytreatment provide an important guarantee for the follow-up to take reasonablemeasures to avoid economic losses. These two cases of pathological observationand diagnosis report also provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosisand nursing of horse veterinarians.
