摘　　要：经济和社会发展以及公共卫生事件的发生共同催生了兽医体制改革,国家不断加强各级兽医行政管理、立法监督、技术支撑机构建设,我国兽医事业立法及技术支撑体系的整体水平得以显著提高。本文对我国兽医法律、法规、技术支撑体系改革等方面进行梳理分析,以期这些政策法规为今后我国兽医事业的建设发展起到借鉴作用。The economic and social development and the occur-rence of public health events have jointly led to the reform of the veterinary system. The state has continuously strengthened the construction of veterinary administrative management, legislative supervision and technical support institutions at all levels. The overall level of China’s veterinary legislation and technical support system has been significantly improved. This article combs and analyzes the veterinary legislation, policies and regulations, technical support system reform and other aspects of China, hoping that these policies and regulations will play a reference role in the construction and development of China’s veterinary cause in the future.
