摘 要:目的:本文旨在探究一系列降低信息污染的措施是否能有效改善神经内科门诊的误诊情况,并通过队列研究量化这些措施对误诊病例的改善效果。方法:我们抽取了2022年至2024年间的180例门诊病例,其中150例作为观察组,150例作为对照组。两组分别通过误诊率、患者满意度及医生问诊时间进行对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的误诊率明显降低,患者满意度显著提升,医生的问诊时间也显著缩短,同时转诊率也呈现显著下降趋势。这些差异均具有统计学意义。结论:采取改善信息污染的措施可以有效降低神经内科门诊的误诊率,提升患者的满意度,并缩短医生的门诊问诊时间。Purpose: To investigate whether a series of measures to reduce information pollution can effectively improve the misdiagnosis situation in neurology outpatient clinics and to quantify the improvement effects of these measures on misdiagnosed cases through a cohort study. Methods: We selected 180 outpatient cases between 2022 and 2024, with 150 cases in the intervention group and 150 cases in the control group. The two groups were compared and analyzed in terms of misdiagnosis rate, patient satisfaction, and physician consultation time. Results: Compared with the control group, the intervention group showed a significant reduction in the misdiagnosis rate, a substantial increase in patient satisfaction, a notable shortening of physician consultation time, and a significant downward trend in referral rates. All these differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Implementing measures to improve information pollution can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate in neurology outpatient clinics, enhance patient satisfaction, and shorten physician consultation time.
