摘　　要：目的:探讨覆膜支架治疗感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤疗效及预后。方法:回顾性分析3例感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤的介入诊治资料及文献报道。结果:3例股动脉假性动脉瘤,2例为吸毒所致,1例为当地股动脉急性动脉栓塞行取栓术后感染。3例均采取手术治疗,1例多次手术治疗,全部治愈、无复发。结论:感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤并非介入治疗禁忌,加强抗感染治疗,充分引流,手术效果良好。Objective: To investigate the effect and prognosis of Coated stent treatment of infective femoral artery pseudoaneurysms. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 3 cases of infective femoral artery pseudoaneurysms intravascular diagnosis and treatment information and literature reports. Re-sults: 3 cases of femoral artery pseudoaneurysms, 2 cases of drug use, 1 case of local femoral postoperative infection. 3 cases were treated with surgery, and 1 case of multiple surgical treat-ment, all cured and no recurrence. Conclusion: Infective femoral artery pseudoaneurysms are not the surgical contraindication of intravascular treatment. With appropriate anti-infection treatment and adequate drainage, operation effect is good.
