摘　　要：目的:通过对1例明确诊断为心力衰竭患者心电图的深入分析,探讨心电图诊断心力衰竭方法的可行性。方法:收集该患者的临床资料,包括病史、临床表现、心电图、心脏超声、胸部X线等,结合心电图“掉头”现象及国内外文献,深入探讨心力衰竭心电图的特点。结果:患者心电图的基本特征为完全性左束支传导阻滞(complete left bundle branch block, CLBBB),在病程中相继出现“掉头延迟”、“掉头迟钝”及“掉头失败”等心电特征。结论:本例心力衰竭患者的心电图表现符合心力衰竭心电图的变化特征。Objective:To explore the feasibilityof electrocardiogram in diagnosing heart failure through in-depth analysis ofelectrocardiogram of one patient with definite diagnosis of heart failure.Methods:The clinical data of the patient were collected,including medical history,clinical manifestation,electrocardiogram,echocardiography,chest X-ray and soon.Combined with the“U-turn”phenomenon of electrocardiogram and theliterature at home and abroad,the characteristics of heart failureelectrocardiogram were discussed in depth.Results:The basic characteristicsof electrocardiogram were complete left bundle branch block(CLBBB).In thecourse of the disease,the characteristics of“U-turn delay”,“U-turn slowness”and“U-turn failure”appeared successively.Conclusion:The electrocardiogramof this patient with heart failure is consistent with the electrocardiogramchanges of heart failure.
