民族传统体育融入高职体育策略研究

摘　　要：在新课程改革不断推进的背景下,高职体育教学越来越注重激发学生学习的主动积极性。而将民族传统体育融入高职体育教学中,能够有效提高学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生了解民族文化。基于此,本文就民族传统体育的内涵概念以及在高职体育教学中融入民族传统体育的意义展开了深入探讨,以期能够为关注这一问题的教师提供参考。Under the background of the continuous promotion of the new curriculum reform, physical education teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges pays more and more attention to stimulating students’ learning initiative. The integration of national traditional sports into higher vocational physical education can effectively improve students’ interest in learning and help students understand national culture. Based on this, this paper deeply discusses the connotation and concept of national traditional sports and the significance of integrating national traditional sports into physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide reference for teachers who pay attention to this problem.
