院校–部队共育新模式下基层部队研究生干部培养问题研究

摘　　要：实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦离不开强大的军队和国防实力作支撑,强军梦的实现离不开高素质的人才作保证。新的时代条件下研究生作为军队人才的重要组成部分,部队把握好关键时机开展培养教育工作,有利于快速转变身份意识,提升军政素质,坚定信仰,推动部队良性发展。本文以新时代强军目标为引领,构建院校–部队双向培养模式,重点在加强部队与院校双向交流、联教联训等关键节点进行了梳理和分析,以期为基层部队研究生培养的不断发展提供参考。The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation cannot be realized without the support of strong military and national defense capabilities. On the other hand, the dream of a strong army cannot be realized without high-quality talents. Under the conditions of the new era, as an important part of the military talents, the army grasps the key opportunity to carry out training and education, which is conducive to the rapid change of identity consciousness, improve the military and political quality, firm belief, and promote the benign development of the army. Guided by the goal of building a strong army in the new time, this paper builds a bidirectional training mode for troops in institutions, and focuses on the key points such as strengthening the bidirectional communication between troops and institutions, joint warfare and joint training, in order to provide reference for the continuous development of graduate training in grass-roots units.
