论习近平法治思想下的法科实践教学建设

摘　　要：在习近平法治思想的指引下,法律学科教学课程体系建设进入了一个新阶段。法科实践教学作为其中的重要部分,不但对法科大学生今后职业生活的初期和整体基调有着重要影响,而且能够影响新法学教育体系中的法学知识教育、法学研究教育、法学职业伦理和认同感教育、法学交叉学科教育等板块。法学实践教学建设可以从合理创新运用教学模式和技术、完善法学教育配套资源、结合实践教学与课程体系、构建完备有效的实践输出路径、重视复合人才联合的培养这五个角度推进。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Thought of rule of law, the construction of law teaching system has entered a new stage. As an important part of it, legal practice teaching not only has an important impact on the initial stage and overall tone of professional life, but also can affect the legal knowledge education, legal research education, legal professional ethics and sense of identity education, legal interdisciplinary education and other sectors in the New Legal Education System. The construction of legal practice teaching can be promoted from five aspects: rational innovation and application of teaching mode, improvement of supporting resources of legal education, combination of practical teaching and curriculum system, construction of complete and effective practice output path, and attention to the joint training of compound talents.
