摘 要:心理育人是高校重点工作之一,大学生的心理健康教育工作是学生进行学习和生活的基础。2020年初新冠疫情的爆发,使得高校心理育人工作带来了巨大挑战。文章结合“三全育人”体系,探讨重大突发事件下高校如何开展大学生心理健康教育工作。面对心理育人参与人员单薄、受众面不全、师资缺口大、课程体系不完善、教育渠道单一等困境,提出全员并行式、全过程层级制、全方位多角度的心理育人的路径,进一步推进新时代高校心理育人工作的发展。Psychological education is one of the key tasks in colleges and universities. The mental health education of college students is the basis for study and life. The outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 has brought great challenges to psychological education in colleges and universities. The paper discusses how to carry out mental health education for college students under major emergencies in combination with the system of “Three Complete Education”. In the face of the difficulties such as the limited number of participants in psychological education, the insufficient audience, the large gap of teachers, the imperfect curriculum system, and the single educational channel, the paper puts forward the way of psychological education of the whole staff in parallel, the whole process hierarchical system, and the all-round and multi-angle, so as to further promote the psychological education of colleges and universities in the new era.
