摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,实施村社干部本土化人才培养工程,探索、创新乡村成人高等教育培养模式,是我国战略发展和社会主义现代化强国建设的需要。依托开放大学互联网教学的优势,打破传统学习的时间和空间限制,形成了“时时能学、处处可学”的灵活学习方式,探索“党建引领 + 学历 + 技能 + 创新创业 + 素养”“五位一体”培养路径,培养“留得住、会管理、懂技术、用得上、有乡土情怀”的本土人才,这对促进乡村人才队伍建设、提高学校成人学历教育教学质量具有非常重要的意义,对服务乡村振兴战略、助力四川从农业大省向农业强省跨越具有重大的现实研究价值。In the context of rural revitalization, it is necessary for China’s strategic development and the construction of a socialist modernization country to implement the project of training local talents of village cadres, explore and innovate the training mode of rural adult higher education. Relying on the advantages of internet teaching at the open university, it breaks the time and space limitations of traditional learning, and forms a flexible learning method of “learning anytime, anywhere”, and explores the “five-in-one mode” training path of “leadership of party building + education + skills + innovation and entrepreneurship + literacy”, cultivating local talents who “can stay, can manage, understand technology, can be used, and have local feelings”, which is of great significance to promote the construction of rural talent team and improve the teaching quality of adult education in schools. It has great practical research value for serving the rural revitalization strategy and helping Sichuan to leap from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.
