党建引领校企合作“双向双效”人才培养机制探索

摘　　要：高校基层党建是新时代党的建设伟大工程的重要组成部分,是为培养优秀人才提供坚强政治思想保障的关键。高校基层党建工作的创新、落实应紧密围绕人才培养这一中心任务。北方工业大学会计系教工支部探索建立校企合作“双向双效”机制,在学生培养、教师发展等方面均取得了一定的成效,并为服务绿色北京建设做出了一定的贡献。Communist Party building at the grassroots level in colleges and universities is an important part of the great project of Party building in the new era, and the key to providing a strong political and ideological guarantee for the cultivation of outstanding talents. The innovation and implementation of grassroots Party building in colleges and universities should focus on the central task of personnel training. The accounting department Communist Party branch of North China University of Technology has explored the establishment of a “two-way and double-effect” mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation, which has achieved certain results in student training and teacher development, and made certain contributions to the construction of green Beijing.
