摘  要:随着新冠肺炎后疫情时代的到来,在线教学模式成为这一时期重要的教学手段,传统的教学模式已不能满足目前高校的人才培养要求,探究高校线上线下混合式教学模式是目前高等教育创新的主要方向。但目前线上线下混合式教学模式仍存在一定的问题,因此,需要从导向、资源、组织、评价和政策等方面构建质量保障体系,推进课程建设,以促进教师混合式教学能力的整体提升。With the arrival of the post epidemic era of COVID-19, online teaching mode has become an important teaching means in this period. The traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the current requirements of talent training in colleges and universities. Exploring the online and offline hybrid teaching mode in colleges and universities is the main direction of current higher education innovation. However, there are still some problems in the current online and offline hybrid teaching mode. Therefore, it is necessary to build a quality assurance system from the aspects of guidance, resources, organization, evaluation and policy, and promote curriculum construction to promote the overall improvement of teachers’ hybrid teaching ability.
