德国应用技术大学对我国职业本科办学的启示

摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出“开展本科层次职业教育试点”,鼓励有条件的普通高校向职业本科转型。然而,试点高校如何办学的问题正处于探索阶段。借鉴德国应用技术大学的招生方式,人才的培养,专业的设置,课程的设置以及师资队伍建设等经验。因此,我国职业本科教育的办学需要从五个方面进行完善:第一,调整职业本科生源的组成比例,重视学生的实践经历;第二,完善职业本科教育的教育体系,建立职业硕士、职业博士的教育;第三,结合地方经济产业的发展特点,培养满足当地需求的学生;第四,加强课程的模块化,深化专业融合;第五,加强教师的实践能力,提高整个教师团队的综合素质。The National Plan for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform clearly proposes to “carry out pilot vocational education at the undergraduate level” and encourages qualified universities to transform to vocational undergraduate courses. However, the problem of how to run the pilot uni-versities is in the exploratory stage. Learn on the experience of German University of Applied Technology, talent training, major setting, course setting and teaching staff construction. Therefore, the running of vocational undergraduate education in China needs to be improved from five aspects: First, adjust the proportion of vocational undergraduate students and pay attention to the practical experience of students;Second, improve the education system of vocational undergraduate education, and establish the education of professional master and professional doctor;Third, combine the development characteristics of local economy and industry, cultivate students to meet local needs;Fourth, strengthen the modularization of the course and deepen the professional integration;Fifth, strengthen the practical ability of teachers, improve the comprehensive quality of the whole teacher team.
