新冠病毒感染期间呼吸科临床实习面临的新问题和探索

摘　　要：随着当前防控政策不断变化,新冠病毒感染几乎成了常态,呼吸科实习生在临床实习过程中面临着巨大风险,对其产生了一些不良心理反应,给临床教学工作带来了许多新的问题和挑战。该文就当前防控政策持续动态变化下,提出以佩戴N95口罩为主的综合预防措施,通过开展防控培训及心理疏导等一系列防控措施,为呼吸科实习生开展临床实习提供参考。With the continuous change of current prevention and control policies, COVID-19 infection has almost become the norm. Respiratory interns are faced with huge risks during clinical practice, and have some adverse psychological reactions to them, which has brought many new problems and challenges to clinical teaching. Under the continuous and dynamic change of the current prevention and control policy, this paper proposes a comprehensive prevention and control measure based on the N95 mask. Through a series of prevention and control measures such as prevention and control training and psychological counseling, it provides a reference for respiratory interns to carry out clinical practice.
