“新文科”视域下新疆高校中国语言文学学科研究生管理模式改革与实践研究

摘　　要：“新文科”建设的提出对于研究生教育管理模式带来巨大的机遇与挑战。本文以新疆高校中国语言文学学科研究生教育管理模式改革为内容,通过对目前其现状分析,发现新疆高校中国语言文学学科研究生教育管理模式存在研究生教育结构相对单一、研究生管理队伍建设缺乏稳定性、多维度教学科研育人机制不完善、研究生管理体制机制需加强等问题,最终提出以需求为导向,以育人为根本、以质量为核心,以改革为动力,顺应时代变化,紧跟时代步伐的建议与意见,以期为新疆培养高层次急缺复合型的人才奠定良好的基础,为新疆输送高层次复合型人才。The construction of “new liberal arts” has brought great opportunities and challenges to the graduate education management model. This paper takes the reform of postgraduate education management mode of Chinese language and literature in Xinjiang universities as the content, and analyzes its current situation. It is found that the postgraduate education management mode of Chinese language and literature in Xinjiang universities has some problems, such as relatively single post-graduate education structure, lack of stability in the construction of postgraduate management team, imperfect multi-dimensional teaching and research education mechanism, and the need to strengthen the postgraduate management system and mechanism. Finally, it is proposed that the demand is oriented, the education is fundamental, the quality is the core, and the reform is the driving force. The suggestions and opinions of adapting to the changes of The Times and keeping up with the pace of The Times lay a good foundation for the cultivation of high-level urgent shortage of compound talents in Xinjiang and provide high-level interdisciplinary talents for Xinjiang.
