摘  要:本文结合“大思政课”的背景,立足高等教育高质量发展与后疫情时代高校学生现状,以促进高校学风建设为研究视角,研究如何充分发挥多方育人合力,探索优良学风创建的“导学–助学–促学”模式,充分发挥学生主体作用,从学生干部、专业教师和学生自身三个层面“下功夫”,助力学风建设的实效性提升。This article combines the background of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, based on the high-quality development of higher education and the current situation of university students in the post pandemic era, and from the perspective of promoting School Tradition Construction in universities, studies how to fully leverage the joint efforts of multiple parties to cultivate students, explore the “guidance-assistance-promotion” learning model of creating a good academic atmosphere, fully leverage the role of students as the main body, and “work hard” from the three levels of student cadres, professional teachers, and students themselves, to assist in improving the effec-tiveness of academic style construction.
